Dispatch
Orders placed before 14:00 CET ship the same working day; all others ship the next. You will receive tracking by email.
Delivery times
Europe 2–4 working days. United States and Canada 4–7. Rest of world 5–10. Duties are prepaid; there is nothing to settle on delivery.
Returns
Return any pair within thirty days of delivery for a full refund, whether or not it has been worn. Use the prepaid label in your confirmation email.
Exchanges
Order the replacement pair and return the original; we refund the first as soon as the carrier scans it.
